This HAZMAT Handbook is intended for Emergency Department personnel use in cases of mass casualty presentation when hazardous materials are considered.  It provides quick reference of syndromes and antidotes for common and dangerous hazardous materials, and should be used in conjunction with expertise from the Atlantic Canada Poison Centre.
